Thank you AutoHaus AZ for sending me the correct product and just in time for me to install it and get back out on the road this weekend. I apologize for sending a letter earlier about shipping taking to long because I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to receive the item but turns out they deliver Saturdays also. So I'm sorry the least I can do is give you this review I'll post pics of my product and refer you to all of my friends and family because you saved me 120$ on this part and you definitely followed through with a solid OEM Replacement part and service was kind and very responsive. I'm as happy as a clam! Thank you

What ever happened to "Trurh in Advertising"?
I wish I had taken the time to look at this review page before placing my order...
Here's MY Story from a 1st time and LAST time customer;
- I sent two e-mails in mid November asking about the possibility of any "Black Friday" or "Cyber Monday" specials. As I had a large list of parts to buy. NO REPLY to both of my e-mails to "customer service".
- I went ahead and placed my order online. My parts were advertised as "In Stock" and "Shipped the next day". UNTRUE!
- It took them 3 days to notify me via e-mail, that the parts were being shipped from 2 different locations. So they DID NOT HAVE THEM "IN STOCK" and THEY DID NOT "SHIP THE NEXT DAY."
- Please note that I PAID FOR SHIPPING with a agreed / promised delivery date. This didn't happen.
Half my order arrived 2 days late. But wait, it gets better! The other half of my order, also shipped later then advertised and would have been a week late anyway. Has been stuck in transit for amost a week now. It now has a "No delivery date available".
- So I called "customer service". Its a JOKE!. All I was offered was a laim "sorry" and "If your unhappy with your order. You can send it back". Are you kidding me? How can you send something back. When its stuck in transit? Sure glad I'm not a auto repair shop trying to make a living.
So in closing;
PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS and HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE...
I have ordered from rockauto for years now and always happy about the prices versus local auto stores except for shipping costs. Well I broke my radiator and tried these guys for flat rate. I ended up paying for 2 day shipping but they haven't shipped and it's been 4 days now! F' ing really? You think a customer that paid expedited shipping might need that radiator? Customer service is a "y" oke if you can reach. With a capital Mexican "J " still dont understand why I cannot get a refund considering they haven't shipped it. Leave that up to my amex... just one of these companies that I should have read the reviews first
Ordered part online and paid the flat delivery fee. Inadvertently did not realize part did not come with grommets to secure part. The grommets would cost $1.58 plus another flat rate of $7.99. I called and explained it was my mistake, but I did live less than 5 miles of his store. He flatly refused any compromise e.g. putting it in an envelope with a stamp or even a will call pickup. NO and NO, they have a flat rate shipping policy, yadda, yadda or otherwise we want your money.
Do not trust this company, first off they are drop shippers so they are not selling their own stuff. You won’t know that until you order and you are still waiting for your order. I paid for one day shipping on the 21st and still do not have my part. When ask where my tracking number was I was told they didn’t have it yet. If you are not a drop shipper a label would be created before the order is fulfilled IE. (label has been created). They told me that I could get my tracking number after the package may deliver. Please explain the purpose of a tracking number if I can’t find where my package is to be home to retrieve it. Literally 40 mins after speaking to them telling me my item was shipped yesterday but did not have a tracking number the next email that was sent was stating that in fact my order had been canceled per my request. At no point did I ever state I wanted my order canceled but somehow it was canceled the minute I told them I’m going to the better business bureau. This entire time my car has been sitting in the shop accumulating days of storage fees due to there negligence and they lack of customer service. I called after getting the email and they picked up the phone and hung it up in my face.
Placed a big order online, total was around $800 plus shipping $90. Took them more than a week to put it together and send it out. Parts arrived damaged, plastic from alternator cover is broken but no pieces inside the box, so it was shipped like that. Took pictures and emailed them, but they just ignoring me. Never buying anything from them.
The web site is a scam, they write many part in stock and can be shipped the same day... BS... l'm still waiting and dealing for the damn tracking number after 4 days... It's a shame go do business somewhere else.
Do business somewhere else, by in stock part Monday and Thursday still not ship.
